The VN series vacuum generator combines a supply valve, a release valve, a vacuum pressure switch, and a muffler in one unit.
The vacuum supply valve has a high speed response of 4.5ms. Release valve responds in 4.5ms and can quickly and automatically cut off or turn on the power supply.
VN Mini Integrated Vacuum Generator is small and lightweight with a single piece thickness of 10mm.
Release valve can individually adjust the destructive pressure in conjunction with the needs of the working conditions.
Since the supply valve opening is open to the atmosphere, the pumping system is able to immediately break the vacuum and prevent the break pressure from rising too high. This shortens the breaking response time and increases reliability.
Separation of the vacuum path and the vacuum break path makes it difficult for dust captured in the vacuum filter to be ejected into the atmosphere.
Installing individual exhaust ports prevents incorrect vacuum break due to exhaust interference when used as a manifold. Individual exhaust port specification for which piping can be connected is also available.
